Do not go gentle into that good night,
Old age should burn and rave at close of day;
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.
An Altador Cup where I’m winning? That Obelisk musta killed me! I must be in Heaven!
An Altador Cup where I ALWAYS win? That’s boring! I must REALLY be…
So how come there isn’t a Team Neopia Central?
Are they like the Americans of the Yooyuball world? Do they have a totally different game that they just happen to call Yooyuball that they play instead of the Yooyuball that the rest of the world plays?
I’m not even sure if Neopia Central ‘exists’ as far as the in-plot universe of Neopets is concerned, so that might have something to do with it. Then again, I’m not sure if the Altador Cup exists plotwise either.
Yeah, went with Meridell again. I chose them almost immediately because I know if I gave myself time to think about it I’d be hmming and humming about it all week. This is my first time picking a team twice in a row, but since this is only my third AC I guess that isn’t saying much.
I win BTY but my score still gets reviewed.
It’s not even high enough for a trophy. I’m sure it will get approved eventually, but the wait is still agonizing. It’s like getting pulled aside at the airport.
Still though, free Mint Chocolate Chia!
So what is the team everyone is going for? I thought about it some more, and if I don’t go with Meridell, I kind of want to pick a team that at least a fair few people in the tag are going with too. Skimming a bit it looks like that might be Terror Mountain, which I am okay with, but I’ve also seen some for Mystery Island? Which way do things seem to be going?
So I think I’m just going to roll with Team Meridell again this year. I’m not especially attached to them, but then again I’m not especially attached to any of the teams so whatever. They have a granny on their team though now, that’s pretty neat.
Also last time I switched teams (Kreludor) they went on to win the cup, so I figure I should try sticking with a team for at least another year.
So unless I change my mind or am convinced otherwise somehow that’s probably where I’ll wind up.
Leave that poor LARPer alone. At least he’s getting out of the house for a change.
